The protection of personal data is a direct expression of the right to privacy guaranteed by Article 20 of the Turkish Constitution. The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) places organisations that process personal data under a duty to protect that right.
We review an organisation’s existing data processing activities, design a compliance programme that fits its structure and can be implemented in practice, and support it with staff training so that compliance is sustained over time.
